                             About Our Spanish Language Instructor

 Delilah Ortiz is our main adult Spanish classes instructor. Ms. Ortiz handles all Spanish language classes- small group & private Spanish lessons. Spanish in Atlanta is a unique Spanish language learning center created by Ms. Ortiz.

 She is a Colombian American born in Queens N.Y. She learned to speak Spanish at home and then English in school. The challenges she faced in school are a few of the reasons she is such an outstanding language instructor. At an early age, she often served as the “in house interpreter” helping friends & family with language troubles. She speaks 4 languages- Spanish, French, Italian & English. She also dabbles in Hindi & Chinese & other languages.

She was a professional Opera singer for over 2 decades. She found a way to merge her musical talents with her extraordinary language skills to create a Spanish curriculum not only effective for homeschool students, adult learners but for students with any learning style!

Spanish Language Teaching Methodology

Through the years, she developed unique and insightful tips, tricks, and theories as to why a number of students can’t retain or speak the foreign language they are learning. These fresh and unique insights are the foundation for how she conducts all our  Spanish, Italian and English language training in Spanish in Atlanta.
