Appointments Spanish Private Lessons & Tutoring: 

All private, semi-private and tutoring sessions can be scheduled at the convenience of the student! Appointments can be made by:

Appointments are granted on a first come first serve basis. The first student to request a lesson time and pay for that lesson, gets the time. If a student wishes to reserve the same day and time in advance for a whole month or months in advance, a payment would need to be made for Spanish in Atlanta to hold and guarantee the reservation.

Every effort will be made to accommodate all student’s scheduling requests. In the event that students try to contact us and we are unavailable to assist callers immediately, a Spanish in Atlanta representative will contact you in 48 hours-latest during our normal hours of operation.

Rescheduling or Cancelling Private Spanish Lessons or Tutoring Sessions:

All private, semi-private and tutoring sessions can be scheduled at the convenience of the student!

Availability: Sunday- Thursdays 11am-8:45pm (Subject to change- please Contact Spanish in Atlanta)

Students have the freedom to change their scheduled lesson time as many times as needed provided that the rescheduling request or cancellation be done 48 hours prior to the scheduled session- Any changes to your session in between the 48 hours will be treated as a missed lesson and you will be charged.

Spanish in Atlanta requests that all students provide a 48 hour notice of intent to reschedule or cancel a scheduled lesson. Due to the numerous students we see every week it is imperative for us to know who is coming and what time slots are available. Failure to offer us a 48 hour notice will result in forfeiting your payment for that session. Changes to your lesson time that fall in between the 48 hour time frame will be charged. Please check your schedule before blocking off a time slot.

Unlimited Private Lesson Package Terms:

  • Your unlimited month starts on the date you purchased your package!
  • NO refunds or credit
  • No carry over lessons or roll over lessons after the month.
  • No make up time for being late to class ( except if instructor is the one that is late)
  • Due to other classes & lessons, time slots & availability may vary
  • We suggest scheduling your classes early & in advance!
  • Rescheduling a session has to be done 48 hours before your original session
  • If you miss more than 2 of your scheduled sessions without following the 48 hour policy, you will lose 2 days of your 1 month.
  • Every effort will be made so that all students that sign up get as many of their preferred times reserved  that is why this offer is open to only 10 students right now. Schedule early!

Lateness & Lesson Cancellations Spanish in Atlanta All Services: 

  • We respect all of our student’s time and request that all students be on time for their lessons. If a student is running late, it will be our responsibility to provide the student with whatever time remains- no make up time or extra time will be given. If your instructor is running behind or has to cancel a session, your instructor will notify you as early as possible, through email and or phone. Your instructor will make up any lesson or time owed to you in the unlikely event of a cancellation.

Payments: 

  • We accept Stripe, Debit or Credit Card payments- no checks or money orders are accepted at this time. Payments can be made online through Stripe. You don’t have to – it is secure and confidential. All credit or debit card are welcome forms of payment! All payment information is held confidentially by Stripe. Once you make a payment, you will receive an electronic receipt of your payment for you to keep for your records.

You will instantly receive an electronic receipt as proof that you have submitted a payment. Please check your spam folders, if you do not receive the payment confirmation email- sometimes emails end up in spam folders. We are known for doing our very best to serve all of are students and whenever possible accommodate our students with their requests!

  • All Spanish in Atlanta courses, private lessons &  Spanish tutoring are NON-REFUNDABLE. Once a student signs up for a course, there are NO REFUNDS for cancellations, missed lessons and NO CREDIT GIVEN for missed lessons. Each student is responsible for checking their own schedules and for making time to commit to their lessons. Each student must check his/her schedule before signing up for a course. By submitting your payment on our website, you are agreeing to adhere to Spanish in Atlanta’s terms!
  • We want all of our students to get what they paid for therefore, if you have to miss a lesson, let your instructor know 48 hours before . In the event that we have to postpone or cancel a course- all students will be offered other convenient options, credited or refunded the full amount! Please contact us directly if you have any questions about our policy. We like to make things simple; we like for all transactions to run smoothly with everyone’s satisfaction in mind!

Spanish in Atlanta Refund Policy:

  • All courses, as well as, all private lessons and tutoring offered at Spanish in Atlanta are non-refundable. Once a payment is made for either courses or individual lessons, no refunds are given. Unless a Spanish in Atlanta instructor must cancel a session- in this case only would you be offered a full refund. No credits or transfers to another course are allowed-we have a limited amount of seats available hence making transfers not possible.
  • Please check your schedules and make sure you can commit to your lessons before you sign up. We do our best to work with all our students; however, we do have to adhere to our policy.

Privacy Policy:

  • Lastly, we add all of our students to our email blasts automatically after you sign up to any class, private instruction package or Spanish tutoring which inform students of upcoming courses, workshops and relevant information about Spanish in Atlanta and training options. You have the right to unsubscribe to this email blast at any time.

Student Behavior Policy:

  • Everyone is welcome in Spanish in Atlanta. We are fortunate to work with great people and students! We want to be clear and transparent hence why we have this behavior policy for everyone’s benefit!

We expect all students to be respectful to one another and/ or to the instructor.

  • No disruptive, aggressive,  hateful or inappropriate behavior will be tolerated.
  • Extremely negative, disruptive and or inappropriate students will be either given a warning and/ or be removed from our online learning class. NO refund or credit will be give to any student that has to be asked to leave or has to be removed from our live online zoom class due to disruptive, aggressive, uncooperative or inappropriate behavior
  • We reserve the right to ask any student at any time to leave, if their behavior is deemed as disruptive and/or inappropriate without a refund. NO REFUNDS will be given to any student that has been asked to leave due to disruptive and/or inappropriate behavior that affects the positive and respectful environment we create for all students. Please contact us, if you have any questions. Thankfully, as of now, we have never had to enforce this policy. We want all our students to be in a safe, positivie and respectful learning environment!

Spanish in Atlanta Electronic Products:

All Spanish in Atlanta printable electronic products are nonrefundable. Please refer to our Spanish online store with detailed terms.

  • Worksheets are printable
  • Access will expire AFTER 30 days
  • No selling, sharing, editing, renting, rebranding of Spanish in Atlanta’s  Present tense worksheet bundle or any electronic/downloadable product allowed!
  • Schools & Universities! You can contact Spanish in Atlanta, if you wish to purchase our ebooks or Spanish worksheets for your students. We can offer an “in bulk” option.

Value of Spanish in Atlanta Courses, Products, Private & tutoring sessions:

Your payments towards any of the above will not expire ( Except for the unlimited Spanish Lessons package & except our Small group Spanish courses) However, if you purchase a Spanish package, product or tutoring session or sessions the value of these products or services may change in price. 

Example:   You purchase a standard private lessons package 1/1/2020 but decide to use it 1/1/2022. If Spanish in Atlanta updates the pricing, we will honor the amount paid in 1/1/2020 but if that same service/ product costs more in 2022 that extra cost will not be covered.  At that point, you have 2 choices. We can give you a product / service that fairly uses the amount you paid so you use up your “credit” or we can use your credit and you can pay the extra amount.

Example:    in 1/1/2020  package cost $250 but in 2022 it is now worth $265= you can pay the $15 more that the product/ or package is worth now or we will use your $250 as a credit that you can use up anyway you like with whatever products we currently have.

Please contact us if this is confusing. This rarely happens because we don’t update our pricing often but we like to be upfront so you know what to expect. If you purchase a package or product and choose not to use it in months or years.
